Golden Latam products are digital goods (trading software and licenses). No physical shipping is involved: delivery is electronic and comes with installation and configuration.
1. Nature of the product
Our trading robots are delivered digitally, together with the instructions and guidance needed to get them up and running. There are no packages or shipping costs.
2. Delivery time
After payment is confirmed, we will contact you, usually within 24 to 48 business hours, to coordinate delivery and installation of the software. The total time depends on your availability for the setup session.
3. Installation process
- We confirm your purchase and schedule the installation.
- We install and configure the robot on your MetaTrader 4 or 5 platform.
- We tune the parameters to your risk profile.
- We explain how it works and how to monitor it.
4. Client requirements
To complete delivery you need:
- An account with a broker that offers the XAUUSD pair.
- The MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 platform installed.
- Availability for an initial setup session (remote).
5. Support included
Delivery includes initial support to ensure the software is working correctly. You can ask questions via WhatsApp or email during onboarding.
6. Delivery confirmation
